We have been beyond blessed with such a beautiful fall this year!  Michigan is really such a gorgeous place to live.  I'm lucky to have been able to spend the last couple of years here exploring this beautiful state and all it has to offer.  I met up with this fabulous family at Kensington Metropark and we were able to take advantage of one such a glorious fall day filled with magnificent color and these cute kids making me laugh with their awesome super hero poses!!  I love this shoot so much.  I feel like it encompasses what family is all about.  So happy I've been able to work with this family a couple of times now.  They are awesome. We did beautiful morning shoot at Kensington Metropark in South Lyon.  I met Katie a few months back and she decided it was high time her family have a portrait session done.  I think it was a wise idea indeed!  I had a great time getting to know them and getting to see their sweet interactions as a family.

This girl is the greatest.  Seriously the best thing ever.  I'm so lucky to have met her a few years ago through a photography blog.  I never knew she would eventually become my soul sister!  So while I was in Utah over the summer we were able to do a fabulous session out at the Salt Flats…which is one of my favorite locations IN THE WORLD!  It was so much fun.  The mosquito's were totally lame, but Candi and her family, totally awesome. :)

Brancaleone Family--Metro Detroit Family Photographer.

What a fun shoot we had the other night.  I got to hang out with this lovely family for the second time. This session was done at one of my favorite locations, Indian Springs.  Fall was in full force and the colors were so gorgeous.  These kids were so adorable, so full of energy and so much fun!  (They were even feeling a little under the weather, but you would never know, they were such a delight!) I'm blessed to work with such fabulous families and in such a beautiful state.  My job couldn't get much better!

We had a lovely night hanging out at Yates Cider Mill.  What a gorgeous location and a sweet little family.  Nothing is better than fall+cider mills in Michigan.  It's enough to make my heart sing.  Rem decided to treat me to some donuts afterward which was so sweet.  Don't worry, I ate all 6 of them by myself! YUM! :)

The Geddes Family--Metro Detroit Family Photographer.

This beautiful girl was the first person I met after moving to Michigan.  She was so nice and made me feel so welcome!  She even threw me a baby shower!  Since then we have become good friends and I'm so lucky to have met her and her awesome family.  They have recently added a new little princess to the mix who is the most precious and tiny little peanut!  I feel privileged that they chose me to capture this special time in their lives.  Enjoy!
